About Epravesh MP

Higher Education Department of Madhya Pradesh (MP) has developed a portal for Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) admission in ten University of the sate. It is a one stop solution for Students who wants to take admission in various UG and PG courses. For admission you will have to simply register online at Epravesh MP official portal epravesh.mponline.gov.in by providing some basic details and previous academic details with payment of registration and portal charge within application period.

Epravesh MP Online Admission Process 2023

There will be a system of centralized online admission for the session 2023-24 in the undergraduate first year and postgraduate first semester of government/non-government/aided non-government and minority colleges of the higher education department of the state. One phase and three CLC phases will be conducted in the session 2023-24. In the online admission system, first of all, the applicant will have to compulsorily register himself online, within the stipulated time period according to the time table issued separately by the department for the online admission process.

Epravesh MP Admission Upgradation 2023

  • In the first phase and CLC, along with depositing the online fee for the allotted college, the applicants will be able to express their consent online for the upgradation according to the choice filling.
  • The process of upgradation in each phase of CLC will be conducted from the college level on the basis of the facility available on the online portal.
  • As soon as the first phase is over, the applicants who have not paid the fee even after allotment, in such a situation, the applicant who has given the option of upgradation on the vacant seat can be upgraded according to merit. The student will be informed about the upgrade through SMS. As soon as the applicant is upgraded, the admission from the previously allotted college will automatically be cancelled. As a result of the upgrade of the applicant, the seat will automatically be allotted to the next eligible applicant on the basis of merit on the vacant seat. The applicant will have the opportunity to pay the fee within 03 days after allotment.
  • The online admission fee will be transferred to the newly allotted college by the concerned college.
  • Applicants who have not got allotment in the first phase will automatically be included in the upgradation.

Selection Process of College/ Course in Epravesh MP

At the time of registration in the online e-admission process of session 2023-24, applicants will be able to do choice filling by selecting minimum 1 and maximum 15 colleges/courses. The applicant will have to register separately for online admission in general and minority colleges.

Epravesh MP Online Document Verification 2023

  • Registered applicants will not need to visit the college for verification of documents. The process of verification of the applicant's documents will be done online through government colleges (helpcentres).
  • For the process of verification in the online admission process, the online registration form of applicants of undergraduate first year and postgraduate first semester will be verified online by government colleges (helpcentres) on the basis of uploaded documents.
  • Applicants will scan and upload documents for necessary certificates/surcharge at the time of registration. Applicants shall ensure that the uploaded certificates/documents are completely clear and legible.

Epravesh MP 1st Phase Seat Allotment Process 2023

  1. The first phase allotment list of all the colleges involved in the online admission process will be available on their login ID on the portal. All the colleges will be able to see the list of admitted students on their login ID after the applicant has paid the online fee of the concerned college. The list of such students will also be displayed on the portal if the admission is canceled by the applicant after payment of fee.
  2. In the first phase, all e-verified applicants will be issued admission allocation in the college on the basis of merit and their faculty/subject and college choices, as per the online admission time table on the portal.
  3. Applicants will be informed about this through message on the mobile number registered by them at the time of registration, along with this, applicants will be able to download the application form by checking their allotment of admission necessarily on the admission portal itself with the login password.
  4. After getting the allotment, applicants will not need to go to the allotted college for admission / initiate the link for payment of admission fee. Applicants will be able to pay the admission fee (enrollment fee of the concerned university) after online subject selection for admission in the allotted college using online digital options through e-admission portal till the scheduled date as per the schedule.
  5. The applicant's name will appear in the admission list of the concerned college only after the confirmation of fee submission from the admission portal. The said admission fee will be transferred online to the account of the concerned college as per earlier.

How To Apply Online For Epravesh MP Admission 2023

  1. It is mandatory for applicants to register online first to participate in the admission process.
  2. Before filling the registration form, the applicant himself should provide the following information such as: roll number mentioned on the marksheet, year of passing the examination, date of birth, mobile number, photo and signature (scanned) and all other necessary information and related documents for availing benefits in merit and surcharge. Collect the certificates.
  3. It is mandatory to upload all the required documents. In the absence of documents, the benefit of surcharge will not be received.
  4. Following tabs are given in the registration form to the applicants for registration: 1. Basic Details , 2. Contact Details (Mobile No.) , 3. Reservation & Weightage , 4. Qualification , 5. Upload Photo & Signature , 6. Upload Document, 7. Print Preview, 8. Proceed & Lock Registration (Pay Registration Fee) 9. Choice Filling.
  5. OTP will come on the registered mobile number in the form as soon as the applicants save the basic details in the registration. On verifying the OTP by the applicant, an Application Id will be received, applicants will have to create their own password, which the applicants should keep safe, the Applicant ID will be the login ID of the applicants, through this the applicants will be able to fill the form Will be able to re-view / fill the form.
  6. Your form will be considered complete only after filling all the necessary information in the registration form and paying the registration fee. After payment, keep the print of the registration form safely.
  7. Before filling the applicant's choice, ensure the eligibility of the course / subject according to his choice from the portal. Collect the information about the course/subject and college code, so that it is easy to do the choice filling.
  8. After the choice filling (priority selection of colleges) by the applicants, the choice filling can be locked through the OTP received on the mobile registered at the time of registration. Before locking, the applicants themselves will be able to improve the priority of the colleges. After the choice filling is locked, the applicants themselves will not be able to do any modification. Amendments will be done only through Help Center (Government College).
  9. The applicant himself should check the registration form thoroughly and pay the fee only after being satisfied.
  10. The registration of the applicant will be considered online verified only if the name, father's name, date of birth, gender and subject group match with the data of the Board of Secondary Education Bhopal, Central Board of Education, Madhya Pradesh state.
  11. All registered applicants will be able to fill their choices for minority and non-minority colleges.
