Directorate of Employment & Training, Department of Labour, Employment, Training & Skill Development, Govt. of Jharkhand has issued online notification for Jharkhand ITI Admission for academic session 2022-23-24 through Jharkhand Government ITI Admission Management system, the candidates who are looking for pursuing ITI courses in the State of Jharkhand.
Jharkhand ITI Admission Process
Jharkhand ITI 2022 Admission Procedure will be on the basis of merit list. It includes application filling, counseling procedure and last the final admission procedure. Authority will prepare the merit list on the basis of marks secured by the candidate in their qualifying examination. Final admission will be given to candidates after application form submission. After merit list release, eligible candidates will be invited for the counseling procedure. Candidates will also have to submit the application fee for the admission.
Jharkhand ITI Merit List
After generating the Merit list the Candidates will be able to download Jharkhand ITI Merit list from website via online mode. No candidates will get merit list through any offline medium via post or courier. Provisional merit list will also get publish for the candidates. Authority will prepare merit list on the basis of marks secured by candidates in qualifying exam.
Candidates will have to enter their login credentials to check result. Authority will also release final merit list accordingly. Candidates will be able to check their rank through merit list.
How to apply for Jharkhand ITI Merit
The candidates can submit the application for Jharkhand ITI through online mode. The candidates have to go through certain steps and these steps are below:
- First, visit the official website
- Go through the Information Bulletin and after reading the notice and understanding the eligibility requirements then proceed for applying online.
- Click on the link “Click Here for All Online Application Submission-” at the homepage of the website.
- You will be redirected to a new page where you will find a different application link including ITI admission 2022 link.
- Now click on ‘Online Application Form Submission for Admission in I.T.I in 2022’ link.
- Again a new page will open where you have to click on the ‘New Registration’ tab.
- Complete the registration form and fill the application form as per instructions are given therein.
- Provide all the personal details, qualifications details and correspondence address etc. in the application form very carefully.
- Also upload scanned images of photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression.
- Check all the particulars entered in the application form before submitting the application form.
- At the end submit the application form and take a printout of the same for future reference.
Jharkhand ITI Counseling
Jharkhand ITI counseling procedure will begin after preparing the Merit List. The software shall process all applications and finalize the selection list for each of the ITIs as per the merit, reservation, weightage and choice of preference of the applicant. Applicant whose name will be present in the merit list will be invited for counseling session. It will be mandatory for eligible candidates to participate in person in the counseling session. The merit list and the intimation letters for selected applicants shall be made available in the website. Besides, an applicant can download and print her/his intimation letter directly from the website after receiving a SMS notification on her/his mobile number (if provided in the CAF)
Candidates will have to bring their original documents at the time of counseling. It will be compulsory for candidates to bring original & photo stated documents for verification & submission respectively.
Admission will be given to candidates after the verification of documents & fee submission. The following documents will be required:
- 8th class mark sheet
- 10th mark sheet & certificate
- Caste certificate (if required)
- Migration certificate
- Transfer certificate
- Nativity certificate
- Multiple color passport size photographs
