The National Testing Agency (NTA) invites online applications form for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET UG) 2024 for admission to undergraduate medical courses. All eligible and interested male and female aspirants can apply online at NTA NEET official website exams.nta.ac.in/NEET for National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test 2024. NEET 2024 online registration application form has been started from 09th February 2024 to till the application last date 16th March 2024.
Interested candidates read the full notification carefully, before applying online.

He/she has completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or will complete that age on or before 31 December of the year of his/her admission to the first year of the Undergraduate Medical Course. Age Calculator
Accordingly, the lower age limit shall be as under:

The Higher/Senior Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination which is equivalent to class 12 Higher/Senior Secondary Examination after a period of 12 years of study, the last two years of such study comprising of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology (which shall include practical tests in these subjects) and Mathematics or any other elective subject with English at a level not less than the core course for English as prescribed by the National Council of Educational Research and Training after the introduction of the 10+2+3 educational structure as recommended by the National Committee on Education. |

The National Testing Agency will prepare the Merit List/All India Rank (AIR) as per Qualifying/ eligibility criteria and other norms as well as the relevant regulations/ guidelines of NMC/ DGHS/ MCC/ DCI and Ministry of Ayush/ NCISM/ NCH/ AACCC, as the case may be.
The Test pattern of NEET (UG) - 2024 comprises four Subjects. Each subject will consist of two sections. Section A will consist of 35 Questions and Section B will have 15 Questions, out of these 15 Questions, candidates can choose to attempt any 10 Questions. So, the total number of questions and utilization of time will remain the same.

NEET (UG) – 2024 is a Pen & Paper-based Test, to be answered on the specially designed machine gradable OMR sheet using Ball Point Pen is provided at the Centre. Moreover tampering with the OMR at any stage will lead to debarring of the candidature for 03 years.
Drawing from the National Education Policy (NEP), the NEET (UG) -2024 is being conducted in English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
Candidates can opt for a Question Paper in any one of the following 13 languages :

Note : The option of language for Question Paper should be exercised while filling up the Application Form online and it cannot be changed at a later stage. Please note that for the correctness of the questions in all the question papers, the English version will be taken as final.
The Admit Card is issued provisionally to the candidates, subject to the fulfillment of the eligibility conditions.
The candidate has to download the Admit Card from the NTA website (https://exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/) and appear for the Examination at the given Centre on the Date and timing as indicated in their Admit Card.
No candidate will be allowed to appear at the Examination Centre, on the Date and Timing other than that allotted to him/her in his / her Admit Card.
In case a candidate is unable to download his/ her Admit Cards from the website, he or she may approach the Help Line between 10:00 am to 05.00 pm or write an email to NTA at neet@nta.ac.in.
The National Testing Agency will evaluate the Answer Sheets using standard procedure and the result will be displayed on the website: https://exams.nta.ac.in/NEET and thereafter candidates may download their respective Score Cards.
The NTA will prepare the Merit List/ All India Rank (AIR) as per Qualifying Criteria and other norms as mentioned in the information bulletin.
Step 1: Registration Form:
Register for the Online Application Form and note down the system-generated Application Number. The candidate should provide the required details while filling the Online Application Form. The candidate must also create a PASSWORD and choose Security Question and enter an Answer. After successful submission of the personal details, an Application number will be generated and it will be used to complete the remaining Steps of the Application Form and will also be required for all future reference/correspondence. For subsequent logins, the candidate will be able to login directly with the system-generated Application Number and Password created.
Step 2: Application Form:
The Candidates can log in with the system-generated Application Number and pre-created Password for completing the Application Form including filling up personal details, choosing the Question Paper medium and Examination Cities, providing the details of Educational Qualifications, and uploading the images and documents (if any).
