About BPSSC Recruitment
Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) is a state government recruitment agency for Bihar Police for filling of various post. It was established In 1 April 2016. The commission also includes one Member Secretary and two Members. BPSSC is tasked with recruitment of Group C staff of Bihar Govt. where the recruits covered are required to abide by certain physical fitness standards. The departments concerned for recruitment by the commission are police, jail, forest and excise. These posts include sub-inspector (SI), company commander (home guards), fire station officer, assistant jail superintendent, sub-inspector (excise) and forest guard etc.
The online application has been invited from eligible & fit male and female applicant to the filling of 1998 vacant posts of Police Sub Inspector (SI/ Dargoa), 215 Vacant Posts of Sergeant In Home Department (Police), Government Of Bihar And 43 vacant posts of Range Officer, Of Forests in Environment, Forest & Climate Change Dept., Govt. of Bihar through Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission (BPSSC).
BPSSC Selection Process:- Candidate will be made selection on the basis of Written Test, Interview And Physical Fitness Test.
BPSSC Admit Card & Result:- Written examination (Pre & Mains) & physical test admit card and result will be uploaded on official commission website (www.bpssc.bih.nic.in).
BPSSC Recruitment Syllabus:- Written examination will be consist of two paper, in First Paper will have General Hindi and in Second Paper will have General Knowledge, Current Affairs, General Science, Civics, Indian History, Geography, Mathematics and Metal Ability Test.
