Eligibility Criteria For BSF Water Wing Recruitment 2023

SI (Master)

1. 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized Board or University. AND
2. 2nd class master certificate issued by Central/ State Inland Water Transport Authority/ Mercantile Marine Department.

SI (Engine Driver)

1. 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized Board or University. AND
2. 1st class engine driver certificate issued by Central/ State Inland Water Transport Authority/ Mercantile Marine Department.

SI (Workshop)

1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent. OR
2. 03 Years Diploma in Mechanical/ Marine/ Auto Mobile Engineering from a recognized University or Institution.

HC (Master)

1. Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent. AND
2. Serang Certificate.

HC (Engine Driver)

1. Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent. AND
2. Possessing 2nd class Engine Driver certificate.

HC (Workshop)

1. Matriculation from a recognized Board or equivalent. AND
2. ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Diploma in Motor Mechanic (Diesel/ Petrol Engine) for HC (Workshop)- Mechanic (Diesel/ Petrol Engine) from a recognized Institution. AND
3. ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Diploma in Machinist for HC (Workshop)- Machinist from a recognized Institution.

Constable (Crew)

1. Matriculation from a recognized Board equivalent. AND
2. One Year Experience in operation of Boat below 265 HP.
3. Should know swimming in deep water without any assistance.
