Selection Process of CSIR UGC NET 2023
The process of Normalization is an established practice for comparing candidate scores across multi session papers and is similar to those being adopted in other large educational selection tests conducted in India. For normalization across sections, NTAshall use the percentile equivalence.
Percentile Scores: Percentile scores are scores based on the relative performance of all those who appear for the examination. Basically, the marks obtained are transformed into a scale ranging from 100 to 0 for each session of examinees.

The Test will consist of three parts. All the parts will consist of objective type, multiple choice questions. There will be no break between papers. The subject-wise scheme of examination is as per details below:

CSIR NET Mode and Medium of Examination 2023
Mode of Examinations: The Examinations will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode
Medium of Examination: The Paper will be in bilingual i.e. Hindi and English. Candidates are required to answer inthe medium as per option exercised in the Application Form. In case of any ambiguitybetween Hindi and English version due to translation, English version would be treatedasfinal.

CSIR UGC NET Answer Key 2023
The NTA will display the Recorded Responses and Question Paper attempted by the candidates on the NTA website https://csirnet.nta.nic.in prior to declaration of result. The recorded responses are likely to be displayed for two to three days.
The NTA will display Provisional Answer Key of the questions on the NTA website csirnet.nta.nic.in to provide an opportunity to the candidates to challenge the Provisional Answer Key. The Answer Keys are likely to be displayed for two to three days.
The Candidates will be given an opportunity to make a challenge online against theProvisional Answer Key, on payment of Rs. 200/- per challenged question, as an on-refundable processing fee.
