▶ Apprentice :- The candidate must have passed 10th class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 system) with minimum 50% marks and ITI passed certificate in relevant trade from a recognized industrial training institute affiliated to NCVT. Certificate issued by Principal will not be accepted.

In terms of Railway Board’s instruction in their No. E (MPP) 2013/6/14 dated- 03.12.2019, the panel of Act Apprentice is proposed to be formed through online process. Accordingly, applications for 480 slots are invited for Act Apprenticeship Training under Act Apprentice Act, 1961 by North Central Railway, DRM Office, Jhansi.

Eligible Candidated may apply and register their application w.e.f. 17.03.2021 to 16.04.2021 on website www.mponline.gov.in

Selection Process:-

1. The selection of Act Apprentice for training will be done on the basis of merit list prepared from the list of eligible candidates. There will be no written or oral examination for this selection.
2. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of average of percentage of marks obtained in 10th or equivalent examination from any recognized Board/ Institute and percentage of marks obtained in ITI.
3. The calculation of percentage of marks will be based on the total marks obtained in 10th or its equivalent examination from an education Board/ Institute and not on the basis of marks of any subject or a group of subjects.
4. If more than one candidate get equal average marks/percentage, than the older candidate will rank higher in the list. The above information will be computerized and the merit will be prepared in this manner.
5. Final select list will be prepared Tradewise, Communitywise, Categorywise, Reservationwise prepared out of the combined merit.

Stipend:- Stipend will be paid as per instructions issued by Railway Board from time to time.
