Odisha Sub Ordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC) will conduct preliminary and mains examination for Combined Recruitment Examination - 2023 (IV) for the district cadre posts of Revenue Inspector, ICDS Supervisor, ARI, Amin & Statistical Field Surveyor in 2895 vacancies. OSSSC Recruitment Selection Process 2024
The combined recruitment examination comprises three successive stages as following :
- Phase-I : Preliminary Examination (MCQ type in OMR/ CBRT Mode*)
- Phase-II : Main Examination (MCQ type in OMR/ CBRT Mode*)
- Phase-III : Practical Skill Test

The combined recruitment examination comprises three successive stages as described below:

This examination is meant to serve as a screening test only. On the basis of performance in the Preliminary Examination, candidates will be screened/ shortlisted to appear the Main Examination @5 times the number of vacancies advertised, category/ special category wise, as per merit. The marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination by the candidates who are declared qualified for admission to the Main examination will not be counted for determining their final order of merit.

Candidates will be shortlisted/ screened @3 times the number of vacancies advertised, category/ special category wise, as per merit on the basis of the performance in Main Examination and shall be called for the Practical Skill Test.

The Practical Skill Test in Basic Computer Skills shall be of qualifying nature. The minimum qualifying mark shall be 40% for all candidates.
Note : The Preliminary/ Main Examination shall be of the standard of High School Certificate Examination.

OSSSC Recruitment Minimum Qualifying Marks 2024
Minimum Qualifying Marks - In the Main Examination, the minimum qualifying marks for ST, SC, PwD, Ex-Servicemen and Sportsperson category of candidates shall be 30% and the minimum qualifying marks for candidates other than ST, SC, PwD, Ex-Servicemen and Sportsperson category, shall be 35%.
OSSSC Recruitment Merit List and Result 2024
Provisional Master Merit List : The Provisional Master Merit List of the candidates shall be prepared category/ special category wise in the order of merit on the basis of sum total of marks secured by the candidates in the Preliminary Examination.
In case of failure to appear in the Preliminary Examination, the candidate shall not be considered further in the recruitment process.
Results : District wise provisional results shall be published in due course in the Commission's website- www.osssc.gov.in. The results published by the Commission shall remain provisional till acceptance of candidature by the requisitioning authority/ appointing authority.

How To Apply Online For OSSSC Recruitment 2024
Applications must be submitted in online mode only through the official website of OSSSC i.e. https://www.osssc.gov.in.
- For One-Time Registration, click on 'Register' link provided in ‘Login’ Section on http://www.osssc.gov.in.
- Login to online system through your ‘Registration Number’ and password.
- Click ‘Apply’ link for ‘Recruitment for the Combined Recruitment Examination - 2023 (IV)’ under ‘CSIR LDCE 2024 Portal’ section.
- Then fill your online application form carefully and also upload supporting documents.
- Upload your recent Photograph and signature.
- Go through the declaration carefully and click on “I agree” check box if you accept the same. Fill up Captcha code.
- Proceed to make fee payment if you are not exempted from payment of fee
- When application is successfully submitted, then candidate should take printout of the application form for their own records.
