▶ Station Master/ Goods Guards/ Sr. Commercial cum Ticket Clerk:- Degree from recognized University or its equivalent.

▶ Assistant Loco Pilot (Elect/ Mech) A.) Matriculation + ITI in the trades of Armature and Coil Winder / Electrician / Electronics Mechanic / Fitter / Heat Engine / Instrument Mechanic / Machinist / Mechanic Diesel / Mechanic Motor Vehicle / Millwright Maintenance Mechanic / Mechanic Radio & TV / Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Mechanic / Tractor Mechanic / Turner / Wireman

OR

Matriculation / SSLC plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship in the trades mentioned above

OR

B.) 3 years Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile Engineering.

OR

Combination of various streams of these Engineering disciplines from a recognised Institution in lieu of ITI.

▶ Sr. Clerk cum Typist:- Degree or its equivalent. Typing proficiency 40 w.p.m. in English or 35 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer is essential.

▶ Commercial cum Ticket Clerk:- 12th (+2 Stage) or its equivalent with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate. 50% marks is not to be insisted upon in case of SC / ST / Persons with Benchmark Disability / Exservicemen and candidates who possess qualifications higher than 12th (+2 stage).

▶ Jr. Clerk cum Typist:- 12th (+2 Stage) or its equivalent with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate. 50% marks is not to be insisted upon in case of SC / ST / Persons with Benchmark Disability / Ex - servicemen and candidates who possess qualifications higher than 12th (+2 Stage). ▶ Jr. Translator (Rajbhasha):- (i.) Master's Degree of or equivalent in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at Degree level;

Master's Degree or equivalent in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi or English medium and English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at Degree level;

OR

Master's Degree or equivalent in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subjects of either of the two as medium of examination and other as a compulsory or elective subject at Degree level.

And

(ii.) Recognized Diploma or Certificate Course in translation from Hindi to English and vice - versa or 2 -years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice -versa in Central or State Government offices, including Government of India Undertaking.

▶ JE/ Mech. Workshop:- Three years Diploma in (a) Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Manufacturing / Mechatronics / Industrial / Machining / Instrumentation & Control / Tools & Machining / Tools & Die Making / Automobile / Production Engineering.

OR

(b) a combination of any sub stream of basic streams of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Manufacturing / Mechatronics / Industrial / Machining / Instrumentation & Control / Tools & Machining / Tools & Die Making / Automobile / Production Engineering from a recognised University/ Institute

▶ JE/ Electrical/ Design Drawing and Estimation:- Three years Diploma in (a) Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering

OR

(b) a combination of any sub stream of basic streams of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering from a recognised University/ Institute.

▶ JE/ Track Machine:- Three years Diploma in (a) Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation & Control Engineering.

OR

(b) a combination of any sub stream of basic streams of Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation & Control Engineering from a recognized University / Institute.

▶ Tech-III/ C&W(Mech):- Matriculation / SSLC plus ITI from recognised institutions of NCVT/SCVT in the trades of Fitter / Carpenter / Welder / Plumber / Pipe Fitter.

OR

Matriculation / SSLC plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship in the trades mentioned above.

▶ Tech-III/ Track Machine:- Matriculation / SSLC plus ITI from recognised institutions of NCVT/SCVT in the trades of Fitter / Electrician / Electronics Mechanic / Instrument Mechanic / Mechanic Mechatronis / Mechanic Diesel / Mechanic Motor Vehicle / Welder / Machinist.
