(ii) DOEACC under the control of Department of Electronics, Government of India. "O" or higher level certificate conducted by Or

NIELIT Certificate Course of Computer Concept by New Delhi. Or

Computer Operators and Programming Assistants (C.O.Pros.) organized under the National / State Council of Vocational Training Scheme, “Data Preparation and Computer Software (DPRCS) Certificate. Or

in Computer Science / Computer Application from a University established by law in India or an institution recognized by the Government Degree / Diploma / Certificate. Or

Senior Secondary with Computer Science, Computer Application as one of the subjects from a recognized Board of Secondary Education in the country certificate. Or

Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering from a Polytechnic Institution recognized by the Government. Or

Certificate course in Rajasthan State Information Technology conducted by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University under the control of Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited.

iii.) Working Knowledge Of Hindi Written In Devnagri Script And Knowledge Of Rajasthani Culture.
