Sashastra Seema Bal is abbreviated as SSB is a border patrol organization of India Country deployed along its border with Nepal and Bhutan Country. It Was Formed In 1963 In the wake of the Chinese conflict in 1962. It is one of the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) under the administrative control of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA).

Online applications are invited from citizens of India, Nepal and subject of Bhutan (Male & Female) for filling up the post of Head Constable (Ministerial) in Group- ‘C’ Non- Gazetted Ministerial (Combatised) in Sashastra Seema Bal, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. in level-4 (Pay matrix Rs.25500-81100/-) as per 7" CPC and other allowances as admissible in the Force. The Post is temporary, but likely to be continued. Selected candidates are liable to serve anywhere in India or outside the territory of India and will be governed by SSB Act and Rules and other Rules amended from time to time.

SSB Constable Selection Process:- Applicant Will Be Selected On The Basis Of Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST) And Written Examination..

SSB Constable Admit Card & Result:- Written examination & Physical Test admit card and result will be published on official recruitment website (http://ssbrectt.gov.in).

SSB Constable Recruitment Syllabus:- For All Posts CET Will be of 2 (two) Hours Duration And Will Be Of 100 Marks, Consisting 100 Multiple Choice Objective Type Question Focusing On General Knowledge, Mathematics, Reasoning & General English/ General Hindi.

How To Apply:- Applicants are advised to go through the instructions and detailed advertisement available on the SSB Website and the Employment News thoroughly before filling up the their application forms:

• Part-I Fill Up Personal Details : Such As Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, DOB, Gender, Nationality etc
• Part-II Uploading of Photograph & Documents:
  • Upload Photo : Upload your passport size photograph in 8-JPG format which must be less than 12 kb and greater than 50 kb of resolution 100 pixel widths by 120 pixels height.
  • Upload Signature : Upload your signature in 8-JPG format which must be less than 50 kb and greater than 4 kb of resolution 140 pixel widths by 60 pixels height.
  • Upload Required Certificates : Upload your certificates (Educational, Identity & category) in JPG/PDF format which must be less than 100 kb and greater than 4 kb of resolution 100 pixel widths by 120 pixels height.
• Part-II Fee Payment & Print Out:
  • Mode of payment : Applicant will pay requisite fee Rs. 100/- along with service charge as applicable through SBI Challan or through net Banking/Credit and Debit Cards of any bank. Net amount to be paid including all applicable charges will be shown on screen and which has to be paid. SC/ST/Women Applicants/Ex-Serviceman are exempted from paying fee. No amount will be refunded in any case. Applicants are advised to be careful while making payment and avoid making multiple payment against single registration, as payment made are nonrefundable. If they are making such payment, it will be their own risk/loss.
  • Proof of candidature: Applicant must get a print of application form after final submission. If payment is not applicable then print can be taken out immediately. Applicant belonging to Gen/OBC can take print out only after payment of applicable fee. In case, payment is not made successfully due to banking error or other network problem, then the Applicant can pay the amount again. The applicant will note down their registration number, which will also be sent to their registered Mobile number or E-mail ID. For payment they will again log in system and go straight for payment mode, fill in their registration number and date of birth and then proceed for payment.
