News:- The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has decided to extend the closing date of application of Combined Graduate Level Examination-2022 to 13.10.2022.

As per the instruction received from Department of Personnel & Training, the tentative vacancies for CGLE-2022 are likely to be increased substantially.

Age Limit Remarks
For the posts for which age limit is 18-27 years Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-01-1995 and not later than 01-01-2004.
For the posts for which age limit is 20-30 years Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-01-1992 and not later than 01-01-2002.
For the posts for which age limit is 18-30 years Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-01-1992 and not later than 01-01-2004.
For the post for which age limit is 18-32 years Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02-01-1990 and not later than 01-01-2004.

Eligibility Criteria For SSC CGL Exam 2022

Essential Educational Qualifications (As on 08-10-2022):

Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer:

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute.

Junior Statistical Officer:

Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institute with at least 60% Marks in Mathematics at 12th standard level;

Or

Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects at degree level.

All other Posts:

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.

The candidates who have appeared in their final year of their graduation can also apply, however they must possess Essential qualification on or before the cut-off date i.e.08-10-2022.

SSC CGL Examination Selection Process

Based on the marks scored in Tier-I i.e. Computer Based Examination, candidates will be shortlisted, category-wise, to appear in Tier-II Examination. Separate cut-offs will be fixed for Paper-II of Tier-II (i.e. for the post of Junior Statistical Officer), Paper-III of Tier-II (i.e. for the posts of Assistant Audit Officer and Assistant Accounts Officer) and for Paper-I of Tier-II (i.e. for all other posts).

SSC CGL Syllabus and Exam Schemes

The Computer Based Examination will be conducted in two tiers as indicated below:

SSC CGL 2022 Admit Card

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will release online admit card or call letter on its regional portal before examination dates for Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE) – 2022. The Tier I and II admit card will be available on its regional website before examination scheduled. How To Apply For SSC CGL Vacancy

  • Applications must be submitted only in online mode at the website of SSC Headquarter i.e. https://ssc.nic.in. For detailed instructions, please refer to Annexure-III and Annexure-IV. Sample proforma of One-time Registration and online Application Form are attached as Annexure-IIIA and Annexure-IVA respectively.
  • In the online Application Form, candidates are required to upload the scanned colour passport size photograph in JPEG format (20 KB to 50 KB). The photograph should not be more than three months old from the date of publication of the Notice of Examination. Image dimension of the photograph should be about 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height). The photograph should be without cap, spectacles and both ears should be visible.
  • Before submission of the online application, candidates must check that they have filled correct details in each field of the form.
