Eligibility Criteria For Allahabad High Court Recruitment

Hindi Stenographer Grade-III

Graduation with Diploma or Certificate in Stenography with a speed of 80 w.p.m. in short hand and 30 w.p.m in Typing both in Hindi along with CCC certificate issued by NIELIT (DOEACC Society) and 25/30 w.p.m for Hindi/English Typewriting on Computer.

English Stenographer Grade-III

Graduation with Diploma or Certificate in Stenography with a speed of 100 w.p.m. in short hand and 40 w.p.m in Typing both in English along with CCC certificate issued by NIELIT (DOEACC Society) and 25/30 w.p.m for Hindi/English Typewriting on Computer.

Junior Assistant (Category 'C') (Various Comparable Posts)

  1. Intermediate with special knowledge of Urdu and Hindi alongwith a CCC certificate issued by NIELIT (DOEACC Society) and 25 w.p.m for Hindi and 30 w.p.m. for English Typewriting on Computer.
  2. Arithmetic, mensuration, elementary land surveying and Mapping. Order XXVI of Act No. V of 1908 and Rules (Civil) relating to the work and duties of Junior Assistant.

Paid Apprentices

Intermediate with CCC Certificates issued by NIELIT (DOEACC Society) and 25 w.p.m for Hindi and 30 w.p.m. for English Typewriting on Computer.

Driver (Grade-IV)

  1. Must have passed High School from a recognized Institution.
  2. Must possess a valid driving license to drive a four wheeler for a period of not less than 3 years preceding the date on which the vacancy is notified.

Selection Process of Allahabad High Court Recruitment

  • Stenographer Grade-III : The recruitment selection process will consist of Stage-I (Written Examination), Stage-II- PART ‘A’ (Type Test on Computer) and Stage-II- PART ‘B’ (Stenography Test).
  • Category ‘C’ Clerical Cadre Post : The recruitment selection process will consist of Stage-I (Written Examination) and Stage-II (Type Test on Computer).

  • The Admit Card will be issued provisionally to the candidates, subject to their satisfying the eligibility criteria.

  • Step-1: Register for Online Registration using your own Email ID and Mobile No. and note down system generated Registration Number
  • Step-2: Complete the Online Application Form and note down the system generated Registration Number.

  • Step-3: Upload legible scanned images of

    1. a recent photograph (in jpg/ jpeg file, size 10Kb–200Kb);
    2. candidate’s signature (file size: 4kb-30kb);
    3. Left hand thumb impression (file size: 10kb- 200kb);
  • Step-4: Pay prescribed fee online through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card (There is no provision for payment through Unified Payments Interface (UPI) and e-challan/cash. All the 4 Steps can be done together or at separate timings.

After the submission of Online Application Form (i.e. successful completion of Step-4), Confirmation Page of the Application Form, should be downloaded and a printout of the same may be retained for future reference.
