Eligibility Criteria For MPPEB Group 4 Recruitment

Assistant Grade-3, Stenographer/ Stenographer (Hindi/ English) :

1. Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination from recognized Board/ Institution.
2. Passed minimum one year Computer Diploma/ Certificate Examination from recognized University/ Institution.
3. Certificate of passing Computer Proficiency Certification Test (CPCT) conducted under Madhya Pradesh Government, Department of Science and Technology with Hindi typing.
4. Certificate of passing Hindi shorthand test at the speed of 100 words per minute from recognized institution/council.

Assistant Section/ Grade-3, Office Assistant/ Data Entry/ IT/ Computer Operator, Clerk, Coding/ Record Clerk and Other Equivalent Terms :

1. Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination from recognized Board/Institution.
2. Passed minimum one year Computer Diploma/ Certificate Examination from recognized University/ Institution.
3. Computer Proficiency Certification Test (CPCT) conducted under Madhya Pradesh Government, Department of Science and Technology, pass certificate with Hindi typing.

Stenotypist/ Stenographer :

1. Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination from recognized Board/Institution.
2. Passed minimum one year Computer Diploma/Certificate Examination from recognized University/ Institution.
3. Certificate of passing Computer Proficiency Certification Test (CPCT) conducted under Madhya Pradesh Government, Department of Science and Technology with Hindi typing.
4. Certificate of passing Hindi shorthand test at the speed of 80 words per minute from a recognized institution / council.

Outreach Worker :

1. 12th pass from recognized board / equivalent board.
2. Outreach in Women and Child Development Department or departmentally recognized institutions Work experience as a worker.

Horticulture Supervisor :

12th class pass in agriculture subject.

Deputy Sanitary Supervisor :

12th class passed.

Animal Feeder :

Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent examination in Science from Board of Secondary Education, Bhopal or any Board. Preference will be given to those with experience in the relevant field.

Compounder :

Passed in Higher Secondary (10+2) system with Biology as one of the subjects.

Librarian Low Grade Pay :

Higher Secondary with Diploma in Library Science.

Technician :

1. Must have passed Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent examination under 10+2.
2. Must have experience of working in dark room with photo print preparation and developing or film operating license.

Lab Assistant :

Passed Higher Secondary with science subject under 10+2 system from Board of Secondary Education or Government recognized institution.

Plumber :

Higher Secondary (10+2) passed, Diploma in Plumber from recognized Institute.

Leading Fireman :

12th class passed and Diploma in Fire Fighting.

Fireman :

12th class pass and Fire Fighting Diploma course or equivalent from recognized Institute.

Assistant Photo Officer, Photography Teacher :

1. Passed Higher Secondary or equivalent examination under 10+2 system of education.
2. Diploma in Photography from Government recognized University or Institution.
3. Adequate knowledge of Hindi.

Horticulture Director :

1. Passed in Higher Secondary (10+2) System.
2. Diploma in Agriculture/Horticulture.

Museum Keeper, Museum Assistant :

Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent examination from Board of Secondary Education, Bhopal or any Board and passed certificate in Museum Keeping or recognized Museum Keeping course.

Accountant :

1. 10+2 pass in higher secondary commerce subject in second division and passed one year computer diploma examination from any one of the following recognized institutions -
   1. Diploma from any University/Open University recognized by the U.G.C.
   2. Diploma level examination from DOEACC.
   3. Modern Office Management Course from Government Polytechnic College.
   4. One year "Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA)" certificate by Government ITI.

      OR

2. B.Com in recognized University. Passed and computer knowledge in Hindi and English.
3. In addition to the above qualification, it is mandatory to hold the computer proficiency certification test (CPCT) certificate score card conducted by the Department of Science and Technology for the post of Accountant.

Assistant Revenue Inspector :

12th class pass and proficiency in computer operation.
