KVS Class 1, Balvatika Admission 2026-27 Online Form
Post Date : 20 March 2026 10:10 AMKendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) invites online applications for admission in Class 1 and Balvatika 1 & 3 in all the Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV) for the academic session 2026-27. All eligible parents can fill online application form at KV Admission official portal admission.kvs.gov.in from 20th March 2026 to till the application closing date 02nd April 2026 for Class 1 and Balvatika 1 & 3 Admission in Kendriya Vidyalayas.
Interested candidates read the full notification carefully, before applying online.

- Application Start Date: 20-03-2026
- Application Last Date: 02-04-2026
- 1st Provisional List of Balvatika 1, 2 & 3 : 08-04-2026
- 1st Provisional List of Class 1 : 09-04-2026
Application Fee
- There will be no any application fees application.
KVS Class 1 and Balvatika Admission 2026 Eligibility
A Child must be 6 years old for Class-I as on 31st March 2026 in the academic year in which admission is sought (Child born on 1st April 2026 should also be considered)
Age for Balvatika-1, 2 & 3 will be 3 to 4 years, 4 to 5 years and 5 to 6 years respectively as on 31.03.2026.
List of Required Documents for KVS Class 1 Admission 2026
- A valid mobile number with SIM card,
- A valid email address,
- A digital photograph or scanned photograph of the child seeking admission (JPEG file of size at most 256KB),
- A scan copy of the child's birth certificate (JPEG or PDF file of size at most 200KB),
- Details of government certificate in case you are applying under economically weak section,
- Transfer details of parent/grandparent whose service credentials will be used in the application.
