NCET ITEP 2026 NTA Online Application Form (Started)
Post Date : 13 February 2026 10:10 PMThe National Testing Agency (NTA) invites online applications for National Common Entrance Test (NCET) 2026 for admission to 4-Year Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) in selected Central/ State University/ Institutions including IITs, NITs, RIEs and Government Colleges for the academic session 2026-27. All eligible candidates can submit online application form at NCET NTA official portal exams.nta.nic.in/ncet from 12th February 2026 to till the application closing date 10th March 2026 for NCET 2026.
Interested candidates read the full notification carefully, before applying online.

- General (UR) Category: Rs.1200/-
- OBC-NCL/ EWS Category: Rs.1000/-
- SC/ ST/ PwBD Category: Rs.650/-
- Pay fee through Net Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card/ UPI.
NCET ITEP Eligibility Criteria 2026
Eligibility
For appearing in the NCET 2026, there is no age limit for the candidates. The candidates who have passed the class 12 / equivalent examination or are appearing in 2026 irrespective of their age can appear in the NCET 2026 examination.
List of Qualifying Examinations (QE) :
- The final examination of the 10+2 system, conducted by any recognized Central/ State Board.
- Intermediate or two-year Pre-University examination conducted by a recognized Board/ University.
- Final examination of the two-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the National Defence Academy.
- Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling with a minimum of five subjects.
- Any Public School/ Board/ University examination in India or any foreign country is recognized as equivalent to the 10+2 system by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
- Higher Secondary Certificate Vocational Examination.
- i. Candidates who have completed the Class 12 (or equivalent) examination outside India or from a Board not specified above should produce a certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) to the effect that the examination they have passed is equivalent to the Class 12 Examination.
