BSSC CGL 4 Pre Exam Pattern 2025
In the preliminary examination, one paper will be of general knowledge which will contain the following topics:-
- General Studies.
- General Science and Mathematics.
- Comprehension/ Logic/ Reasoning/ Mental Ability.
The questions will be objective and multiple choice. The total number of questions will be 150. 4 marks will be given for each correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours 15 minutes. The medium of language in the preliminary exam will be Hindi / English. If there is any difference between the Hindi and English question papers, then only the English questions will be valid.
The preliminary examination will be of objective nature. Through the preliminary examination, candidates equal to 05 (five) times the number of category wise available vacancies will be selected for the main examination. A separate advertisement will be published for the main examination.
