Bihar CHO Cut Off 2025 Download (Released)
Updated On : 19 September 2025 09:40 PMState Health Society Bihar (SHSB) has released online result and cut off marks for recruitment to the post of Community Health Officer (CHO) on contractual basis for 4500 vacancies at Health & Wellness Centre (Health Sub Centres) under National Health Mission (NHM). All eligible and interested male and female candidates can download result online at SHSB official website shs.bihar.gov.in from 09th August 2025 onwards for CHO recruitment Advt No. 02/2025.

Bihar CHO Recruitment 2025 Eligibility
B.Sc. (Nursing) with successful completion of 6 months integrated curriculum of Certificate in Community Health (CCH) from an Indian Nursing Council/ State Nursing Council recognized Institute or University from academic year 2020 onwards**. OR
Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) with successful completion of 6 months Integrated curriculum of CCH from an Indian Nursing Council/ State Nursing Council recognized Institute or University from academic year 2020 onwards**.
**Note: For clarification purpose, the academic year referred for integration of Middle Level Health Provider (MLHP) means the students who have undergone 4th year B.Sc. Nursing and 2nd year Post B.Sc. Nursing in the year 2019-2020 or onwards and have passed the course successfully
OR
B.Sc. (Nursing) / Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) / GNM passed candidates who have completed Certificate Course in Community Health (CCH) through IGNOU/ other State Public Health/ Medical Universities as per curriculum of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt of India (specified for eligibility of CHOs by Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, GOI).

Bihar CHO Salary/ Pay Scale 2025
The honorarium of all Community Health Officers (CHO) appointed under NHM will be Rs 40,000/- per month. In this, Rs 32,000/- per month will be fixed remuneration and the remaining Rs 8,000/- per month will be payable as performance linked payment, calculated on the basis of various health indicators.
