Eligibility Criteria For CG FSL Recruitment 2024
Scientific Officer (Physics)
- M.Sc. degree in Physics or Electronics or Forensic Science (with specialization in Forensic Physics/ Forensic Ballistics) with second class and Chemistry & Physics are compulsory subjects in B.Sc.
- Two years experience in scientific research. OR
B.Sc. with at least five years experience of working in Physics/ Ballistics branch of State or Regional Forensic Science Laboratory.
Age Limit : 21-35 Years
Scientific Officer (Chemistry)
- M.Sc. degree in Chemistry or Forensic Science (with specialization in Forensic Chemistry/ Toxicology) with at least second class.
- Two years experience in scientific research. OR
B.Sc. with at least five years experience of working in Chemistry/ Toxicology branch of State or Regional Forensic Laboratory.
Age Limit : 21-35 Years
Scientific Officer (Biology)
- M.Sc. degree with second class in Botany or Zoology or Biotechnology or Biochemistry or Microbiology or Anthropology or Forensic Science (with specialization in Forensic Biology/ Forensic Serology).
- Two years experience in scientific research. OR
B.Sc. with at least five years experience in Biology branch of State or Regional Forensic Laboratory.
Age Limit : 21-35 Years
Laboratory Assistant
Must have passed Higher Secondary Examination with Science subject or 10+2 education system with Science subject.
Age Limit : 18-35 Years
Laboratory Attendant
Must have passed High School/ Class 10th (with Science) in 10+2 education system.
Age Limit : 18-35 Years

CG FSL Recruitment Salary 2024
- Scientific Officer (Monthly Contract Salary Lump Sum) : Rs. 51,780/-
- Laboratory Assistant (Monthly Contract Salary Lump Sum) : Rs. 20,675/-
- Laboratory Attendant (Monthly Contract Salary Lump Sum) : Rs. 16,615/-
Note : In contract service, only monthly lump sum amount will be payable as salary, no additional special pay, dearness allowance, compensatory allowance, house rent allowance etc. will be given and there will be no eligibility for annual increment under contract appointment.
