Department of Higher Education, Haryana invites online applications for Post Matric Scholarship (PMS) for SC, OBC and DNT students for the academic year 2023-24 through. All eligible and interested aspirants can apply online at Har Chhatravratti portal harchhatravratti.highereduhry.ac.in from 01st August 2023 to til the last date 31st January 2024 for Haryana post matric scholarship scheme 2023 to the academic session 2023-24.

The Government of Haryana, Education Department provides scholarship for SC, OBC and DNT category whose family income from all source should be up to 2.5 lakh.

Har Chhatravratti is one-stop solution through which various services starting from student application, application receipt, verification, processing, and disbursal of various scholarships to students are facilitated. Har-Chhatravratti is a Centralized Scholarship Portal developed by Department of Higher Education Haryana for various scholarship schemes of the Government. This initiative aims at providing a Simplified and Transparent System for faster and effective disbursal of Scholarship to eligible applicants directly into their account through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
Following document valid for 2023 are mandatory for applying for Haryana Post Matric Scholarship application:
The scholarship includes the following Components for the complete duration of the course :-

Note 1: Ten percent extra allowances shall be provided for Divyang students.
Note 2: Students pursing C.A./ I.C.W.A./ C.S./ I.C.F.A. shall be treated as day scholars for the purpose of academic allowance. Students studying through correspondence/ online courses shall not be eligible for academic allowance.
Note 3: The academic allowance as above shall be applicable from the year 2021-22. For the year 2020-21 the allowances as applicable under the earlier guidelines shall apply.
Note : The list of courses in various groups is indicative and States/ UTs may add courses as per laid down standard in the State/ UT.
