All eligible Indian Nationals candidates can apply online through the official UPSC website upsc.gov.in from 16th September 2026 till the last date of application submission 06th October 2026 for Engineering Services Examination 2027.

A Degree in Engineering or Equivalent Qualification.
A candidate who has appeared at an examination the passing of which would render him educationally qualified for this examination, but has not been informed of the result, may apply for admission to the examination. A candidate who intends to appear, at such a qualifying examination may also apply
