Post Date : 21 May 2026 09:29 PMUnion Public Service Commission (UPSC) invites online applications for recruitment to the post of National Defence Academy (NDA) & Naval Academy (NA) Examination (II) 2026 for 394 vacancies. An Examination will be conducted by the Union Public Service Commission on 13th September 2026 for admission to the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the NDA for the 158th Course and for the 120th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) commencing from 1st July 2027. All eligible candidates can apply online through official UPSC website upsconline.nic.in from 20th May 2026 till the Last date for filling up of application 09th June 2026 for NDA 2 examination 2026.

Application Fee
- SC/ ST/ Female Candidates: Rs.0/-

Age Limit
- Only unmarried male/ female candidates born not earlier than 01st January 2008 and not later than 01st January 2011 are eligible.

UPSC NDA 2 Exam Eligibility Criteria 2026
(i.) For Army Wing of National Defence Academy :- 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
(ii.) For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy :- 12th Class pass with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
Note :- Candidates who are appearing in the 12th Class under the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply for this examination.
