Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Town and Country Planning from a recognized Institution. OR

Associate membership of at least one of the following institution :-

Institute of Planners (India)
American Institute of Town Planners
Institute of Town Planners (London) OR Membership of the Institute of Town Planners (India) or equivalent qualification in London or USA.
