WBPSC Food SI Admit Card 2024 Notice

There is only one way to download the admit card go to WBPSC official website i.e. prb.wb.gov.in. You can download your admit card by using Application Number and Date Of Birth. Your admit card will not be send through Post office. Admit cards of the candidates will have to be downloaded from the Commission’s website at https:// psc.wb.gov.in on and from the 2nd March, 2024 onwards.

WBPSC Food SI Exam Date 2024

It is notified to all concerned that the above mentioned examination will be held at different venues in Kolkata and outlying centres on 16th & 17th March, 2024 (Saturday & Sunday) from 9.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m., 12.30 p.m. to 2.00 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. (three sessions each day).

WBPSC Food SI Exam Scheme and Syllabus 2024

Scheme of Examination

A. Written Examination : The Examination will consist of only one paper on -

1. General Studies
2. Arithmetic

• Total Marks - 100 (50 marks each).
• Duration of examination will be 1½ hours.
• The examination will be held on multiple choice objective type questions.

B. Personality Test : Full Marks - 20

• A limited number of candidates selected merit wise on the results of written examination will be called to appear at the personality test.
• The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the total marks obtained in the written examination and the marks obtained in the personality test.
• The Commission, shall have the discretion to fix qualifying marks in the written examination, the personality test and also in the aggregate.

Syllabus of the Written Examination

1. General Studies (Matters of common experience including every day science, current events and problems with special reference to India, elementary knowledge of Indian History and Indian Geography).
2. Arithmetic (Questions will be set on the basis of the syllabus of Madhyamik Examnination of the W.B.B.S.E. with mental ability).
3. Assesment and evaluation of answer scripts done by the Commission shall be final.

NOTE : Penalty for disclosure of identity shall be imposed as per the existing norms followed by the Commission.

There are following simple steps for online downloading of WBPSC Food SI recruitment 2023 admit card as under described:

1. At first open West Bengal Public Service Commission Recruitment official website https://psc.wb.gov.in
2. In the right side of Home Page under the Candidate's Corner section click on the given link as "Download Admit Card (Written/ Screening Test)".
3. You will be redirected to the admit card download page of West Bengal Public Service Commission.
4. In the admit card download page click on the given link as "CLICK HERE!" parallel to the written as "Sub-Inspector in the Subordinate Food & Supplies Service, Grade-III, under Food & Supplies Department, Govt. of West Bengal, 2022 Vide Advt. No. 04/2023".
5. In the admit card download page enter your Enrolment No./ First Name and Date of Birth correctly in the specified input field.
6. Finally click on Search button to download your admit card and save a copy in PDF or print out for future reference.
