Atomic Minerals Directorate (AMD) for Exploration and Research invites online application form for the recruitment post of Junior Translation Officer (JTO), Assistant Security Officer - A (ASO) and Security Guard in various constituent units of Department of Atomic Energy located all over India. All eligible and interested male and female candidates can apply at AMD website www.amd.gov.in from 29 Oct 2022 to till the last date 17 Nov 2022.

Eligibility Criteria For AMD Recruitment

Junior Translation Officer (JTO) :

Masters Degree of a recognized University in Hindi/English, with English/Hindi as a main subject at degree level. OR

Masters Degree of a recognized University in any subject with Hindi and English as main subjects at degree level OR

Masters Degree of a recognized University in any subject with Hindi/English medium and English/Hindi as a main subject at degree level. OR

Masters Degree in Hindi /English or in any other subject with Hindi/English medium, with English/Hindi as a main subject or a medium of examination at degree level. OR

Bachelors Degree with Hindi and English as main subjects or either of the two as medium of examination and the other as a main subject plus recognized Diploma / Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa or two years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central / State Government offices including Government of India Undertaking.

Assistant Security Officer - A :

Direct Recruits : Graduate from a recognized University.

For Ex-Servicemen, Ex-Police and ExCentral Para Military Personnel : Graduate from a recognized University or equivalent.

Experience : Not below Junior Commissioned Officer or equivalent or having five years experience as Non-Commissioned Officer or equivalent.

Security Guard :

Direct Recruits : 10th standard pass.

For Ex-Servicemen, Ex-Police and ExCentral Para Military Personnel : 10th standard pass or equivalent central Para Military Personnel 10th standard pass or equivalent certificate from Armed Forces.

Pay Scale of AMD recruitment is given below as per post :

Junior Translation Officer (JTO) : Rs. 35,400/- (Cell No. 1 in the Level 6 of Pay Matrix) plus DA & other allowances as admissible to Central Government Employees.
Assistant Security Officer-A : Rs. 35,400/- (Cell No. 1 in the Level 6 of Pay Matrix) plus DA & other allowances as admissible to Central Government Employees.
Security Guard : Rs. 18,000/- (Cell No. 1 in the Level 1 of Pay Matrix) plus DA & other allowances as admissible to Central Government Employees.
