Salary will be as per All India Level Settlements. Presently starting Basic Pay applicable to Customer Service Associates is Rs.24,050/- per month in the scale of pay ( Rs.24,050-1340/ 3-28070- 1650/ 3-33020- 2000/ 4-41020- 2340/ 7-57400- 4400/ 1-61800- 2680/ 1-64480 ). The CSAs will also be eligible for DA, HRA and other allowances & perquisites as per rules in force from time to time. The Current CTC will be approximately Rs.59,000/- per month at Metro Centers.
