Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) invites online applications for Odisha Civil Services (OCS) Preliminary Examination 2023 for 399 vacancies in Group A & B. All eligible and interested male and female candidates can apply online at OPSC official website at opsc.gov.in from 17th January 2024 to till the application last date 16th February 2024 for OPSC OCS Examination 2024.

A candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree from any University incorporated by an Act of the Central or a State Legislature in India or an Educational Institution established by an Act of Parliament or deemed to be a University under Section-3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or a Foreign University approved by the Central Government from time to time.
