The Odisha Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2024 shall be conducted on 12th October 2025 (Sunday) across the state as per the notified examination center by the commission. All eligible applicants can download their admit card online at OPSC official website i.e. opsc.gov.in from 04th October 2025 onwards for Odisha Civil Services Examination 2024.

OPSC OCS Admit Card 2025 Notice
The Admit Cards for Odisha Civil Services 2024 recruitment will be uploaded on Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) official website. Candidates are required to download Admit Card from from 04th October 2025 onwards for Odisha Civil Services (OCS) Preliminary Examination 2024 at OPSC official website i.e. https://www.opsc.gov.in. No admit card will be issued by post.
OPSC OCS Syllabus and Exam Scheme 2025
The Combined Competitive Recruitment Examination shall consist of the following successive stages :-
- Preliminary Examination (Objective Type) for selection of candidates for Main Examination; and
- Main Examination (Written and Interview) for the selection of candidates for the various Services and posts.
The Preliminary Examination shall comprise of two compulsory papers of objective types (Multiple Choice Questions) carrying a maximum of 200 marks each in the subjects set out in section-1 of SCHEDULE-III of OCS(CCRE) (third) Amendment Rules, 2022 (Annexure-IV), and each paper shall be of (02) two hours duration.
- General Studies - Paper-l - 200 marks
- General Studies - Paper-II - 200 marks
The marks obtained in the Preliminary Examination by the candidates who are declared qualified for admission to the Main Examination shall not be counted for determining their final order of merit. The number of candidates to be admitted to the Main Examination will be nearly as possible but not more than 12 times of the total number of vacancies to be filled in the year through this examination.

- In the right side of the home page under the "CANDIDATE'S CORNER" section click on the given link as "Download Admission Certificate".
- You will be redirected to the Admission Certificate download page of OPSC Odisha Civil Services Examination 2024.
- In the Admission Certificate page under Download Admission Certificate click on the given link as Download Admission Certificate & Instructions for the Preliminary Examination - Odisha Civil Services Examination 2024 (Advt. No. 07 of 2024-25)
- You will be redirected to the admit card download page under this page enter your PPSAN No. and Date of Birth correctly in the specified input field.
- Finally click on "Submit" button to download your admit card from OPSC server.
