PTET VMOU Admit Card 2024 Notice

The Admit Cards for Pre-Teacher Education Test (PTET) 2024 will be uploaded on PTET VMOU official website. Candidates can download their admit card by using Form number/ Challan number and date of birth from PTET VMOU official website i.e. https://www.ptetvmou2024.com from 02nd June 2024 onwards. No admit card shall be issued by post.

Rajasthan PTET Exam Date 2024

Vardhman Mahavir Open University (VMOU), Kota will conduct the Pre Teacher Education Test (PTET) 2024 on 09 June 2024 in various examination center in the state of Rajasthan for admission into 2 Year B.Ed. and 4 Year Integrated BA./ B.Sc. , B.Ed course to the academic session 2024-2025.

PTET Syllabus and Test Pattern 2024

1. In the very nature of competitive Examination, no syllabus has been prescribed. It is an exercise to pick up the best. However, the following pages contain a broad outline.
2. The PTET Examination will consist of one question paper containing the following four Sections:
   • Mental Ability
   • Teaching attitude & Aptitude Test
   • General Awareness and
   • Language Proficiency (Hindi or English)

Section A : Mental ability Section shall consist of 50 objective type multiple choice questions to test the following abilities:-

(i) Reasoning (ii) Imagination (iii) Judgement & Decision Making (iv) Creative Thinking (v) Generalization (vi) Drawing inferences etc.

Section B : Teaching Attitude and Aptitude Test Section shall consist of 50 questions mainly in the following areas:-

(i) Social Maturity, (ii) Leadership, (iii) Professional Commitment, (iv) interpersonal Relations. (v) Communication, (vi) Awareness etc. This will be the test of attitudes and awareness in which answers to the questions will be scored on a scale of 3, 2, 1, and 0.

Section C : General awareness Section shall consist of 50 objective type multiple choice questions mainly in the following areas:-

(i) Current Affairs (National & International), (ii) Indian History & Culture, (iii) India and its Natural Resources. (iv) Great Indian Personalities (Past and Present), (v) Environmental Awareness, (vi) Knowledge about Rajasthan, etc.

Section D : Language Proficiency (English or Hindi) Section shall consist of 50 Objective type multiple choice questions regarding proficiency in Hindi or English Language.

There are following simple steps for online downloading of Pre Teacher Education Test 2024 admit card as under described:

1. At first open PTET VMOU 2024 official website https://www.ptetvmou2024.com
2. In the right or left side of the home page under the "4 Year Integrated Course / 2 Year B.Ed Course" section click on the given link as "Click Here for B.A. B.Ed./B.Sc. B.Ed. 4 Year Course or B.Ed 2 Year Course".
3. You will be redirected to admit card download page of Pre Teacher Education Test 2024.
4. In the admit card download page enter your Form No./ Challan No. and Date of Birth correctly in the specified input field.
5. Finally click on "Proceed" button to fetch your admit card from PTET VMOU server and now you can download a copy in PDF or print out for future reference.
