Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has released online admit card for recruitment to the post of Additional Private Secretary (APS) for 99 vacancies under group C category. All eligible and interested candidates can download admit card online at UKPSC official website at psc.uk.gov.in or ukpsc.net.in from 08th November 2024 for UKPSC Additional Private Secretary Exam 2024.

UKPSC APS Eligibility Criteria 2024

Bachelor's degree in any stream from any university or institution established by law in India.

Provided that in the main examination it is mandatory to pass the practical examination related to computer knowledge.

Minimum speed of 80 words per minute in Hindi shorthand and minimum 8000 key depressions per hour in Hindi typing on computer.
Minimum speed of 100 words per minute in English shorthand and minimum speed of 9000 key depressions per hour in English typing on computer.

Explanation : English Stenography test will be optional for the candidates, but candidates who pass the English Stenography test will be given preference in selection.
