Selection Process of Civil Court Bihar Recruitment
Post wise complete selection process are given below:
For Clerk Post
The recruitment process shall comprise of three stages Preliminary Test, Written Test and Interview.
- Preliminary Test: The committee may organize preliminary test on the basis of multiple choice objective questions for screening the candidates, depending upon the number of candidates applying for the post.
- Written Test (90 Marks): The written test shall comprise of descriptive and objective type questions.
- Interview (10 Marks)
For Stenographer
The recruitment process shall comprise of three stages Preliminary Test, Written Test, Stenography Test and Viva Test.
- Preliminary Test: The committee may organize preliminary test on the basis of multiple choice objective questions for screening the candidates, depending upon the number of candidates applying for the post.
- Written Test and (90 Marks) and Stenography Test: The written test shall comprise of descriptive and objective type questions.
- Interview (10 Marks)
For Court Reader -cum- Deposition Writer
The recruitment process shall comprise of three stages Preliminary Test, Written Test and Interview.
- Preliminary Test: The committee may organize preliminary test on the basis of multiple choice objective questions for screening the candidates, depending upon the number of candidates applying for the post.
- Written Test (90 Marks): The written test shall comprise of descriptive and objective type questions.
- Interview (10 Marks)
For Peon/ Orderly
The committee may organize preliminary test on the basis of multiple choice objective questions for screening the candidates, depending upon the number of candidates applying for the post. Thereafter, a written test shall be conducted followed by Interview, of the candidates qualified in the written test.

How To Download Admit Card For Bihar Civil Court Recruitment
The candidates will have to download the Admit Card form the website of the Civil Courts, Patna by entering their registration number and hard copy of the same will not be sent to them.
How To Apply Online For Bihar Civil Court Recruitment
The application shall be filled up online through Bihar Civil Court Vacancy Official Website https://districts.ecourts.gov.in/patna. After opening of website click on recruitment button to open recruitment page for application submission process. Before apply online read the recruitment advertisement carefully then click on given apply online link. There are following steps for filling of online application as follows:
- The applicants have to register themself.
- The applicants have to fill their details in ‘Registration Form’ very carefully, as once the registration process completed, the same cannot be modified.
- After registration process candidates will get “Registration Number” and “Password”. The candidates are advised to note down the same for future reference.
- Thereafter, the Candidates have to pay examination fee online.
- After payment of ‘Examination Fee’ the Candidates have to login by “Registration Number” and “Password” provided to the Candidates after Registration.
- Now, the Candidates have to fill the payment details such as Bank Reference Number, Date of payment etc.
- After submitting the payment details Candidates have to fill other details such as Address, Educational qualifications as per eligibility of the post applied for and other details
- Then, the candidates have to upload their scanned photo, signature in Hindi, Signature in English and declaration in English or Hindi. After uploading all the scanned photo, signatures and declaration, the candidates may get Print out of application form, which consists of all the necessary details filled by the candidate during applying for the post. The Candidates are advised to keep a printout of this application form for future reference.
