Selection process of DST Bihar Karyalay Parichari

  2. To apply will be registered first. After registration, a User ID will be made available User ID will be received automatically on the mobile number and e-mail ID entered by the candidates. After that, the candidates themselves will create a password as per their convenience to login. The application will be filled by logging in using the received User ID and the password created.
  3. Candidate's name / mother's name / father's name / date of birth should be as mentioned in the matriculation or equivalent certificate / mark sheet.
  4. All the candidates will carefully mark their caste category entry only after being completely sure. Candidates residing outside the state of Bihar will apply in the Unreserved-UR category.
  5. Photograph:- At the time of filling the application, the candidate shall upload his/her clear and high quality updated color photograph showing full face and eyes wide open. The above photograph is less than 50 KB, in 200x230 pixels. Must be in jpg or .jpeg format.
  6. At the time of filling the signature application, the candidate will scan and upload the signature at the designated place for Hindi and English signature. The above signature should be less than 20 KB in 140 x 60 pixels in jpg or jpg format.
  7. Educational Qualification:- If CGPA / GPA / SGPA score is mentioned in the mark sheet of a candidate, then only after converting the total marks and marks according to the regulation of the concerned board, it will be ensured to mark the wrong entry in the online application. Candidature is liable to be cancelled. Correspondence received for rectification of any kind of erroneous entry made in this regard will not be considered.
  8. Entering a valid and active mobile number and e-mail id is mandatory as it will be used for future communication if you enter wrong or invalid mobile number and/or e-mail id, in future. You will be deprived of getting important information, for which the department will not be responsible.
  9. Before finalizing the application form, the candidate will be satisfied after seeing the draft application preview by clicking on the print application on the login page and if any correction is required, then finalize the application form only after making necessary corrections using the respective option. will do.   10. After finalizing the application form, the candidate will keep the print (printed) copy of the completely filled application form (with photo) with himself and also keep the application ID mentioned on the above copy safe.   11. Candidates shall ensure that they have all the required certificates in original with them at the time of applying online. The certificates of eligibility will be valid only as mentioned by the candidates in their online application.
  12. Only one online application form can be filled by a candidate. In the event of a candidate filling more than one application form with the same name/address or change of name/address, his/her candidature will be canceled leading to rejection of all their applications.
